FabHotel Shubham Inn - Nr. Jain Mandir, Bhandup West

This was one of the only hotels close to a birding site though I was early in the season so not successful. Bed was comfortable. Staff were polite.

Sterile room that reeked of some strong cleaning agent. No windows, tiled floor and all walls so very clinical. Super clean if that's your thing. Located on very busy road but quiet as enclosed.

Rooms were new and clean, staff were very friendly

It was very loud, noise seemed to carry from the main desk

The staff are really really helpful and friendly. For a budget hotel really good value

The location is a bit far away from all the tours

Good location , near to public transport , co operative staff. Restaurant are near by the hotel. clear room ,good bathroom and confirmable mattress .

room was very small with zero ventilation and zero windows , even if the rooms were equipped with AC and a fan but it felt suffocating . i checked in night and i was promised for a room change next day morning ,but i was denied saying that they were expecting a hug number of guest from Nigeria. don't order food from the hotel there are some nice restaurant's near by and a veg restaurant right opposite of the hotel .

Nothing. it is a pathetic choice

very bad location and ambiance. it is unfit to stay.infact we have paid the money, but did not stay in the hotel.

Rooms are too small

Bathroom very small and ceiling height very less

Beware before you book! It has 100% cancellations

Please don’t be fooled There is no breakfast included. They just say they only have omelette and that too just one omelet per person. No ventilation Staff is very careless they point everything to management

Nice staff

Badly located, cleaning has a lot to improve, it is easy to find a cockroach, they use some fake photos, I do not recommend it.

Helpful staffNew hotel very clean rooms

I found it very bad.

the room was too small, no window, smelling like cirarrete

Awesome facility. Go to hotel for any kind of event. Had very good experience in terms of stay, food and service. Arrangements were top notch. All staff members are kind. The most important thing it will not make hole in your pocket.

Location was pretty good. Rooms were comfortable. AC/ TV were in good working condition. Had to ask the room service to have the rooms clean and water from AC was flowing.

Breakfast just had vada pav which is not a good snack. No water was provided and everything was chargeable. The hotel was still under construction and rooms were a bit smaller. Washrooms are comparatively too small and without exhaust.

Indeed the best hotel. Located in well connected area. This was my best stay in past couple of years. Rooms are very comfortable, neat and clean along with restrooms. Cherry on the cake was the gallery which was attached to the room where you feel refreshed and energetic. All the staff members were very polite, carding & professional.Food was just awesome. Both rooms service and restaurant serves the best cuisines. I recommend this place to atleast visit once whenever you visit Mumbai.

Passable

What ever fecilities booking.com show is not there,, no towels, no free water, and the place unable to sleep because something huge drilling sound and honks coming from down

It's located in the main city and everything is around 10-15 mins from here. The hotel is decent with decent rooms. The manager was kind to change our room to a balcony room. The food was decent. Staff was very kind.

It’s a new property so everything is clean so far.

There is no window in the room so literally no ventilation. AC is the only way for ventilation. The biggest issue with this property they charge way more when booked through Booking.com but if booking is done directly then it’s much cheaper. So try booking directly.

Overall experience has been excellent. The reception staff has been very courteous & responsive ensuring smooth check ins & check outs…special mention for all reception staff. The restaurant staff was customer centric & caters to individual food preferences. Keep up the good work!Best wishes...

Safe place for stay with partner.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable,
